This lovely apartment features two bedrooms main bedroom with queen size bed, 2nd bedroom with a double/single bunk bed and a single bed, built in robes and air conditioning in both bedrooms, bathroom with a shower & huge bath, separate toilet, fully equipped stylish kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, combined air conditioned lounge/dining area, in ground pool in the complex, 2 balconies with outdoor settings, one over looking the pool and canals and the other overlooking the lush landscaped gardens, perfect for that morning coffee or outdoor dining, internal laundry with washing machine and dryer. Security parking for one vehicle and plenty of street parking. The apartment is on the 1st floor and is accessible by stairs. Linen is NOT supplied. Hire Service Available. Strictly No Pets and No Smoking.
