These must be returned at check-out. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a penalty. Guests enjoy access to resort-style amenities: pools, gyms, lounge areas, and the stunning Sky Deck (subject to access). Please note: Queen’s Wharf facilities (such as the pool or spa) are managed externally, and occasional maintenance or upgrades may occur without prior notice. This may result in temporary closures or limited access during your stay, which is unfortunately outside our control.
