Beautifully appointed with lovely furnishings, this apartment style townhouse is definitely holiday accommodation for the discerning. Located in the sought after Fishpen area the two bedroom, two bathroom accommodation has a spacious living area that extends out into the outdoor living large balcony. Plus accessible garage. With a dog beach out the back gate, this property is now Pet Friendly (small/medium Inside dogs will be considered). Being on Fishpen you will have facilities at your door like Ford Park with it's BBQ area and playground, Bike Hire, Takeaway food shop, petrol station and Cafe. You will only be a few minutes walk from Mitchies Jetty and a flat walk around the lake to the town of Merimbula.
