Welcome to 'Sandy Beach House', an absolute waterfront property with spectacular views, situated right on the beach at Corlette.   This ground floor, beautifully furnished and presented duplex has easy access which makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway or family holiday. The grassed area out the front is great for children to play and is just a few metres from the sandy beach and water. The area is ideal for swimming, fishing and water activities.   The open plan living area has air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. Free Wi-fi and Foxtel are provided. The living and dining area have unobstructed views and lead directly out on to the large covered patio with outdoor dining setting and gas BBQ. The kitchen is well appointed and stocked with a variety of appliances to make all cooks feel at home.   The unit has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed, whilst the third bedroom has 2 king singles and a single trundle bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. So many activities to do - Diving, fishing, Dolphin and Whale watching, Camel & Horse riding on the beach, boat hire, 4WD and quadbike sand dune rides, Golf, Health & Wellbeing and shopping are to just name a few.
