Spend days at the beach relaxing or fishing with no one else around you or take a short walk or electric scoot into town to enjoy a drink and meal at the many cafes and restaurants down south has to offer. This 4 bedroom house is ideally appointed with all the necessary mod cons including NBN Internet, WIFI, Netflix and well appointed office nook for those that want to take a holiday but still stay logged in if required.
Spending time with family. Relaxing with family and friends and making lasting memories. Fishing and spending time down the beach each and every day.
50m from playground. 350 from beach. 1.4km to Busso. Electric scooters to take you anywhere you dont want to walk. Port Geographe marina down the road. Ample parking at residence. Can walk to beach and township. If dont want to walk, its a 1 minute drive to beach or 3 minute drive to Busselton or a 5 min electric scooter ride.
