This spacious holiday home, with captivating water and hinterland views, features four bedrooms with additional reading rom with sofa bed, two living areas and three full bathrooms. Shoal Bay Bliss sleeps up to 10 guests (max eight adults plus two children) in laid-back luxury right in the heart of Port Stephens. Two generous under-cover balconies and a substantial, enclosed, grassy backyard, complete with a quaint, brick, open fireplace, provide a multitude of outdoor areas to enjoy. NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond. NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
