Ideal for corporate guests, Spacious Seaviews is nestled snugly up on the eighth floor of the modern new Bayshore complex on Bay St, that has an indoor pool, a gymnasium and extra storage facilities, just 150m from the beach. Perfect for two, your StayCentral corporate Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, huge living and dining area, one bedroom, an office area with a desk, a balcony, one bathroom and its own laundry facilities. The balcony and bedroom overlook Port Phillip Bay just down the road, as well as the street and cafes below. **Please note: We will collect credit card details prior to your stay to act as security. Property may also be subject to a refundable bond under some circumstances.

For guests arriving between 22:00 and 08:00, an AU100 fee will apply. A surcharge of AU50 will apply to all arrivals on public holidays.
