This Spacious retreat is in a very convenient location. this is very clean tidy and neat, also privacy in the suburbs. This retreat studio is seperate to the house with no access between spaces. there is a seperate parking for this studio. Completely private room with seperate entrace. You are provided this room with air conditioner, one large queen bed and sofa with coffee table, large TV mounted to wall , kitchnette, and working desk. From this Spacious retreat it is easy access to the Brisbane city by bus or car via M3. it is 5 minutes to Springwood shopping centre it is 7 minutes to Rochedale Village shopping centre where you have access to Tesla car charging points, Japanese restaurants , McDonald's and Guzman y Gomez. it is 2 minutes drive to Drake supermarket

There are heaps of attractions such as Underdood temple. underwood park, Basketball court, walking and cycle track . Close to Tesla / electric car charging point McDonald's and Guzman y Gomez., Dominos and so on are everywhere just in 5 -7 mintues drive from the property.
