Absolute waterfront north-facing showcasing stunning sunsets. You can sail, swim, fish, kayak, waterski, walk lakeside, or relax on the fantastic large decks or front lawn or throw a line off the jetty while having a bbq and watching the kids play, and the Lake and sunsets - a great taste of Australian waterfront living. With huge yard, games room with pool table, 2 tv's, 2 bbq's on outside decks, great kitchen, games to play, 5 kayaks and dingy to use, it is on the water, yet only 15 min drive to beaches, 55 minutes north from Sydney, 35 minutes to the beautiful harbour-side Newcastle and 45 minutes from the beautiful Hunter Valley of the great Australian wine region. An excellent place to drop up from Sydney and see the best of Australian living.
We love to make this stunning lakeside spot only an hour north of Sydney suburbs available to other people to enjoy and see Australian waterfront living at its best.
60 min up the freeway to stunning views and gorgeous lifestyle to enjoy everything the direct access to the Lake offers and only 5 min to restaurants and 10 min drive to fab beaches
