Excessive noise could lead to an on-the-spot fine and eviction from the property. - Please be advised that major upgrade works will commence in the basement carpark from May 8th and continue until July 3rd, 2025. - The key collection is located offsite, around 260 meters away from the property, and not available 24/7.
