This spacious 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom waterfront home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and is just minutes from the Gold Coast's best beaches, shopping and dining. Enjoy a private swimming pool, outdoor entertaining area with BBQ, and beautiful waterfront views from multiple rooms and balconies. The home features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, washer, dryer and air conditioning. Bedroom 5 is a dedicated kids' retreat with a TV, mini pool table, board games and bean bags. 🛏️ Bedding: Master Bedroom (Upstairs) – 1 King Bed (waterfront views, balcony, ensuite with bath & TV); Bedroom 2 (Upstairs) – 1 Queen Bed (waterfront views, balcony & ensuite); Bedroom 3 (Upstairs) – 1 Queen Bed (ensuite); Bedroom 4 (Downstairs) – 1 Queen Bed; Bedroom 5 / Kids' Retreat (Downstairs) – 2 Double Beds. 🏊 Outdoor Living: Private swimming pool overlooking the waterfront, BBQ area and outdoor entertaining space. 📶 Included: Fast Wi-Fi, quality linen and bath towels.
