To ensure an enjoyable stay for all, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules: Please respect the property. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents. No smoking indoors. Smoking indoors will incur cleaning, deodorizing and repair charges as set out in the rental agreement. Please keep noise to a minimum within the property and common areas between 11pm and 7am. Please adhere to the maximum occupancy limit specified for the accommodation. Overcrowding is not permitted. No parties or events. Please help us maintain cleanliness by tidying up after yourself and using the provided trash bins. Keys: One set of keys is provided as standard. A second set may be available on request, subject to availability and a refundable security deposit. Please keep all keys secure at all times - lost or unreturned keys, fobs or access devices will incur a replacement charge, as the building's security system requires re-keying. After-hours attendance: Non-emergency maintenance requested after 5:00pm may incur a call-out charge to cover dispatching a field manager or contractor outside standard business hours.
