Sunbird Beach Resort Gold Coast, located less than 328 feet from the beach, offers apartments with balconies. This family-friendly property features indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fitness center, a sauna, hot tub and tennis and squash courts. Free unlimited WiFi is provided. All of the self-catered, air-conditioned apartments at Sunbird Beach have a kitchen which includes a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and an oven. Each apartment also has a washing machine. Sunbird Resort is a 20-minute walk from Marine Mirage shopping center. The Warner Bros Movie World and Wet ‘n’ Wild Water World are within 30 minutes’ drive from the hotel. Coolangatta Airport is 15 mi away. The hotel has a large terrace with a barbecue and entertainment area. A small complimentary starter pack is provided in our Apartments with Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk, Laundry Liquid, Dishwashing liquid, soap, and toilet tissue (1 roll per bathroom). Once these items are used they are not replenished.

The property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire “schoolies” period.
