The home has four bedrooms and two bathrooms—one on each level—and features a generous open-plan living and dining area upstairs that flows out to a balcony with stunning beach views. It's the perfect spot to watch the sunset or enjoy a BBQ with friends and family. Second living area and kitchenette downstairs. It's the perfect place for two families to gather with there being separate spaces for both families. Sundaze is equipped with ducted heating along with evaporative cooling (upstairs only), ensuring a pleasant stay year-round. With a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and a double garage for secure parking it's like a home away from home. Direct beach access means you can start your day with a swim or a stroll along the shore within moments of waking up. Thoughtfully styled for comfort over luxury, this is a true beach home – relaxed, light-filled, and perfect for creating unforgettable memories. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm. Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.
