This property is located on a raised outcrop in a high-quality neighbourhood, southside of Brisbane, in the delightfully quiet suburb of Rochdale South 4123. From its elevated position away from urban congestion, the property overlooks the suburb of Springwood - with a view stretching as far south as the mountainous hinterland of the Gold Coast. A comfortably-equipped three-bedroom residential home, the property offers desired peace and tranquillity - yet has easy access to everything that matters. It's strategically located between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, in easy proximity to the Pacific M1 Motorway (Brisbane-Gold Coast) and Gateway Motorway (to Brisbane Airport and the Sunshine Coast). The immediate area (Springwood/Rochdale South) supports three shopping malls and numerous excellent food outlets, public transport facilities and libraries, plus several places of worship.
