Café and general store a short stroll. Ocean views throughout. Stylishly decorated. Free WiIFi, Aircon, BBQ, coffee machine, laundry. Pet friendly. Outdoor dining and plenty of parking space.

Bonny Hills and the Port Macquarie area all about the beach and outdoor lifestyle and gourmet, locally sourced fresh food. Enjoy the whales passing by during their migration from May-November. Bartlett's Beach (50m) is a beautiful sheltered bay, great for collecting shells, playing on the rocks, swimming and boogie boarding. Patrolled Rainbow beach, surf break, shops and and restaurants are 5-10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive. Jungarra Crescent (240m) has a pharmacy and cafe and Bonny View Store (700m) is a convenience store with takeaway store. Lake Cathie heart with cafe's, restaurants, tavern, and shopping centre is 8 kilometres down the road. Lake Cathie is a small, easy going, coastal town and has no traffic lights.
