Approval required first. * No smoking allowed * Strictly No parties or events allowed. * Guests must follow NSW Short Term Legislation. * All guests are required to accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form, as well as provide a valid ID and card details for security. * Max 8 overnight guests, 4 day visitors, 12 people total at any time. * Only approved guests/visitors allowed (written permission required). * Strict no-smoking policy; 500 AUD fine may apply. * Respect neighbours; keep noise low, especially after 9 pm. * Breaking rules may result in eviction without refund (STRA terms apply). * Date changes allowed only if more than 1 month before check-in, subject to approval/surcharges. * Pets allowed with prior approval; 110 AUD fee per stay; keep pets off furniture.
