Enjoy a relaxing experience, at this centrally located home away from home. Interior designed and aesthetically costal luxe. A short 1km walk around the first hole of Dunsborough Lakes golf course into the town centre or the same distance to the beach! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just 400m from the Golf Club Tavern where you can access a refreshing drink and pub meal. 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, relax room, airy open plan dining, living and kitchen with large stacker doors that open up a floating corner, to bring the alfresco and outside in. The Relax room has a second TV, with free to air channels and Apple TV available. The Kitchen is made for entertaining with a coffee and tea area, bar and wine section facing the alfresco and ample bench space. Large walk in pantry and fridge. Fridge has in built water and ice dispensers. The whole house has a triple water filtration system, so even your shower water is filtered. The Bathroom has a large freestanding bath to relax and open resort style shower. An outdoor shower can also be found through the Garage rear door to wash down after the beach or a surf. The Elanora is a rare find!
