A stunning property that sits high on a hill in Yallingup, one of Margaret River's most desirable locations. The house has been designed to take in magnificent views from every aspect. The property is within 5 minutes drive from popular family beaches, restaurants, wineries, breweries, galleries, famous surf breaks & great fishing and snorkelling spots. Relax with a glass of local wine or two from vineyards that can be viewed from your chair in our garden or balcony, while watching the native wild life go about their business, including Kangaroos feeding in the garden! The spacious living area consists of 4 large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The dining area and fully equipped kitchen have french doors that open out onto the balcony, which wraps around the whole house, offering both sun and shade, with access to the stunning garden areas, offering alfresco dining and BBQ. The impressive living room boasts a large open fireplace with flat screen TV. This spacious property sits on 3 acres with ample parking for boats etc.
Yallingup is in the heart of beautiful country side, with an abundance of wild life, including kangaroos, The property is situated in close proximity to tourist attractions including pristine beaches with beautiful blue clear waters, safe for swimming, including Yallingup Lagoon ideal for young children, famous surf breaks, and incredible fishing, snorkelling and diving spots. The region is home to world class wineries and restaurants providing not only some of the countries finest wine, but also serving memorable lunch experiences by some of the most talented chef's in the state, with access to incredible local produce. Local Cellar Doors such as Cape Naturaliste winery offer fabulous, friendly wine-tasting. Micro breweries, local artizan food providores, art galleries and craft exhibitions are also plentiful in the region. The area offers stunning walking trails to suit all levels of enjoyment, and the Cape to Cape Walk, listed as one of the top 10 walks in Australia, is close by. Children and families are also well catered, for with multiple award winning activities 5 minutes drive away, including mazes, ice creameries, animal farms, archery and mini golf to name a few.
