Sleeping up to 6 guests (by request) It features two bedrooms with flexible bedding arrangements, including a roll-out single bed and a single day bed, ideal for families or small groups.The cosy living area is perfect for unwinding, while the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals or enjoy slow mornings with coffee. Outdoor verandas and garden spaces offer room to relax and enjoy the valley’s peaceful surroundings. Guests have full access to: The entire home Fully equipped kitchen Lounge and dining spaces Outdoor verandas and garden areas On-site parking Wi-Fi and air conditioning The Neighbourhood Enjoy valley walks, local creek swimming spots such as Araluen swimming hole, or quiet moments in the garden, all within a short drive to Burleigh and Palm Beach. The property is approximately 24km (25minutes) from Gold Coast Airport (OOL) and close to popular wedding venues. Small gatherings are approved on request only. Please Note: - Fireplace For your safety, do NOT use the indoor fireplace under any circumstances. Please refer to guest book for further information. *A 500 dollar penalty will be charged if a fire is lit.* -If requested, the roll-out single bed and day bed are located in the upstairs master bedroom. -Amenities and toilet paper are provided for the first three days only.
