Location! Location! Location! A unique property right on the sand of beautiful Balmoral Beach enjoying magnificent 270 degree views of the beach, harbour, Sydney Heads and beyond.
Safe family beach in quiet neighbourhood close to the Sydney CBD. Short stroll to cafes and restaurants to enjoy a morning coffee or for fine or casual dining. Transport links are excellent and there is a free "hail and ride" bus service around Mosman. Close to the world famous Taronga Zoo, ferry, CBD and other Sydney attractions
