The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, dishwasher, espresso machine and all essentials, flowing seamlessly into the dining area. Split-system heating and cooling ensure year-round comfort. Please note the decorative gas fireplace is not operational. Sliding doors open to the backyard, where the real fun begins. The private pool, solar heated and perfect for warm Melbourne afternoons, while the outdoor kitchen and gas BBQ make dinners effortless. There’s a dedicated outdoor dining area overlooking the pool, creating a relaxed holiday vibe, while sun loungers and landscaped surrounds create that resort-style setting. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a swim or beach trip. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed and private ensuite. Bedrooms two and three each offer comfortable double beds. The main bathroom includes a bathtub and shower, with an additional powder room downstairs. A separate laundry with a washer and dryer adds everyday convenience. At the front of the home, a dedicated office awaits, providing a peaceful workspace with reliable Wi-Fi—perfect for remote work or focused study. Parking is simple with a garage and driveway space for two vehicles. Please note that the built-in wardrobe in the primary bedroom is locked and not available for guest use, but there is a freestanding robe available. Please note that a doorbell security camera is installed at the property.
