This bright and spacious home is perfect for families or groups looking for comfort and plenty of space. It has four bedrooms plus a study that can be used as a fifth bedroom, and a private pool for everyone to enjoy.
The master suite comes with its own ensuite and soaking bath, while the main bathroom has a double vanity and separate toilet. All bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, built-in storage, and extra linens. The main living areas are also air conditioned to keep the whole house comfortable.
The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area has everything you need to cook and spend time together. A second living room offers a quiet spot to relax. The home also has Wi-Fi, a TV, books, board games, and a dedicated workspace. Families will find extras like a highchair, travel cot, and children’s toys. A washer, dryer, and ironing facilities are available too.
Outside, there’s a covered entertaining area that overlooks the private saltwater pool. The pool is open year-round and comes with sun loungers and pool toys. The fenced yard has a grassy space for kids. Parking for four cars is available on the property.
You’ll be in a quiet street but close to everything. Robina Town Centre and Mudgeeraba Village are just minutes away, and Burleigh’s beaches, shops, and cafes are only a short drive.
