Enjoy modern comforts like 65" TV, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fan, WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen including full sized fridge, oven and cooktop. The property is one house split into two seperate spaces. Guests have access to the front of the house, which offers complete privacy. While full time residents live at the back, the space has been thoughtfully designed with a private entrance and fenced off areas to ensure a secluded and peaceful stay. Residents enter through the separate Garage and main Porch, so there are no shared spaces in the home and no access into each other's area. This cozy retreat is located near the popular Simmo's Ice creamery, with near by ovals, basketball courts, bushwalking trails and playgrounds for kids. Just a 4 minute drive to the beach or 5 minute drive to the centre of town, whether you're here to unwind or explore, The Sierra has you covered!
