The only cul de sac corner in the much sought Botanic Ridge close to reserve and walking tracks. Reasonable amount of wildlife, birds, rabbits and close to the many attractions in Melbourne's South East.
Travelling, Cooking and Reading
Great places 10 - 25 minutes away including Cranbougne Park and Fountain Gate Shopping centres, Settler's Run Golf pitch, Horse Racing, Luna Park and the famous Mornington Peninsula Hot Water Springs.
