Allan & Karen are kiwis living in Australia. We have been in the accommodation sector for the past 15 years and have been in the hospitality industry for the past 25 years. We enjoy meeting all of our guests and offer exceptional service to everyone.

Property info

We are an Apartment style complex which is very suitable for families, groups and corporate guests. We have great facilities for the family. Our complex is an older style that is spacious, well kept and very clean. Please be advised there is construction occuring in the next door property from 6.30am to 5pm Monday to Saturday.

Neighborhood info

We are very close to the city, Suncorp Stadium, Tennis Centre, Basketball Centre and many other sporting venues. Our villas are only a 5 minute walk to meet all the shopping requirements you will need. The city is only 4km away. We have all the transport options of Train, Ferry and Bus within a 10 minute walk.
