Town Hideaway is a spacious, freshly renovated stand alone house in one of the best locations in town. It is privately nestled in the neighbourhood and away from the road. Only 100 metres to the river, duck park, forest walks, mountain bike trails and town centre with all its attractions. It has three kingsize bedrooms with high ceilings, and a raised deck that looks out to the forest and embraces the northern sun. There is a garden with a 3x3 meter shed for storage. Welcome couples and groups!
Providing a home away from home.
Very close to all Margaret River attractions and ammenities. The town is known for fine wines, a biodiversity hotspot, world class surfing, mountain bike trails, the famous Cape to Cape 120km walk trail from lighthouse to lighthouse along the coast and through the beautiful Karri forest. Town Hideaway is a very short walk to the many restaurants, winebars and taverns and boutique stores. Town Hideaway has instant access to the Margaret River and the surrounding forest. A 10km walk trail to Ten Mile Brook dam, wintertrack and summer track offer spectacular scenery.the wildflowers are brilliant in spring time. The town has quite a small population of about 15,000, so with the influx of tourists in peak season there is still only about 30,00 people in the entire district. As a result, it is possible to find beaches or forest nooks where there are no other people at all. The Augusta Margaret River Shire is a uniquely situated biodiversity hotspot at the intersection of the Indian Ocean and the Great Southern Ocean. There are species of flora and fauna that are found nowhere else on the planet and a visit to this area will be a treasured memory forever.
