Upstairs, the loft-style living area flows into the open-plan primary bedroom, creating a bright, relaxed retreat. Unwind in the cosy window-side sitting nook or step onto the adjoining balcony to enjoy leafy views and the fresh coastal air. Downstairs, the fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide a welcoming space for shared meals, with sliding doors opening to a private backyard featuring outdoor dining among established gardens. Accommodation spans two levels, with two fully enclosed bedrooms downstairs—one with a king bed and one with two single beds. Upstairs, the open-plan primary bedroom offers a king bed and ensuite with a bathtub and separate shower, while the main bathroom downstairs features a walk-in shower. Air conditioning ensures year-round comfort, and on-site parking makes exploring the South West easy. Please note the upstairs primary bedroom is open-plan and not fully enclosed, with no door separating it from the upstairs living area. This home is Villa 5 within the Whitesands complex.
