The home has canal frontage and is across the road from playing fields, tennis and basketball courts. There is a private jetty with wide direct side access to the boat ramp. Good sized lounge, bedrooms, and a rear light filled sunroom which overlooks the stunning canal. The double garage allows plenty of room for parking and storage. Aircon in every room except for third bedroom, which has a fan. Washer, dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, Smart TVs, free WIFI and kayaks for your use.
Quiet peaceful area, 3 minute drive from town centre. Walking distance to the Settlers Inn Bar and Restaurant
