A quiet, attractive location one bus stop from the CBD.The apartment overlooks parklands and has a large verandah overlooking our garden. There is a large bedroom with drawers, hanging space for clothes and a large bathroom. There is a large living room with a sofa ( bed) and a kitchenette and a dining table and french doors that lead onto a sizeable verandah that has comfy chairs and a coffee table overlooking the front garden and parklands. The apartment is warm in winter and cool in summer and is well equipped. Free parking 24/7 across the road from the apartment and vast, dog friendly parklands also across the street from the property. One can catch a bus at the end of our street into the city or walk into town across Anzac Bridge and through historic Pyrmont and Darling Harbour in about 45 minutes as I often do. There are plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes nearby all only a few minutes walk away. Likewise swimming pools and harbour side walks. It really is a delightful suburb with a lot to offer tourists and visiting business people alike.

I work in the film industry, I like to surf, ski and sail in my yacht. I love good food, good wine, good movies and spending time with friends and family. I'm interested in world affairs, I like to help people less fortunate than me and try my best to be a responsible citizen.

The neighbourhood is close to the CBD, its quiet, green, it has lots of parks, its very near the harbour, with good pubs, a wide variety restaurants and several supermarkets all within walking distance. There is an outdoor gym across the road in the park, plenty of room to run if this is your thing, there's basketball hoops for the kids and plenty of bicycle paths leading to the city, the harbour and lots of cafes. There are bikes to hire locally as well.
