Wild Orchid Olinda is a private, luxurious, stand-alone, completely self-contained cottage located in Olinda the heart of the beautiful Dandenong Ranges Nestled into Doongalla Forest, surrounded by towering Mountain Ash and tree ferns situated just minutes’ walk to the local villages Olinda and Mt Dandenong cafes, restaurants, and artisan boutiques. The perfect combination of seclusion and civilisation, close to everything, yet away from it all Featuring forest balcony, spa bath & wood fireplace.. Enter your private cottage with enchanting story book style exterior and Australian country with a touch of Scandi chic interior. The lovely large living area has a large sofa to sink into by the cosy log fire, where you can curl up to watch a movie, listen to music, read a book or gaze out the window into the forest and just BE. There a dining area looking out onto the garden which can also be used as a workspace. Adjoining is the cosy country style kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you need including a brand-new washing machine - dryer combo & dishwasher so you can stay for a few days, a week, or a month. Upstairs the romantic Attic style bedroom has a queen size bed and beautiful forest balcony from which you can enjoy soaking in nature and tree top views with glimpses of Melbourne city lights, glorious sunsets, and star gaze at night through the telescope. The adjoining bathroom has a large spa bath for 2. Beautiful quality bed linen, bath robes and towels are provided for your stay. At Wild Orchid Olinda we are passionate and diligent when it comes to hygiene and sanitation, we adhere to all current accommodation cleaning protocols as required by DHHS - NCC & state guidelines.
