Up to eight people can be comfortably accommodated within the two separate wings located at each end of the house, each with a private entrance. The bedrooms are spacious with built-in robes and reverse cycle air-conditioning, each opening onto a private deck with views of the natural surrounds. The bathrooms are sure to impress, with stainless steel vanities, heated towel rails, plus walk in shower and spa bath with views overlooking the gardens. The living, kitchen and dining centres the house, with a big open-plan area leading to spacious timber decking. Enjoy alfresco dining with the BBQ and pizza oven or relax on the comfortable lounges at the other end of the deck. The additional outdoor dining table on the paved set between beautiful rose gardens, begs for long Italian-style lunches, whilst watching the children play in the pool. The galley kitchen is a delight for anyone who loves entertaining, complete with high quality stainless steel appliances and an island bench. And if there is a master chef in your group, the seasonal herb garden, citrus grove and other fruits of the garden are available for guest use! Yallingup is an iconic South West coastal town. Famous for it's surf and spectacular elevated Indian Ocean views towards Sugarloaf Rock in the north and Canal Rocks in the south. Yallingup Lagoon provides a beautifully, sheltered swimming area and the long sweeping beach is bordered by the pristine bushland of the Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park. Ngilgi Cave sits within the National Park and the historic Caves House is located at the top of Yallingup hill. Lagoon cafe & restaurant is located near the beach, and you are close to many wineries, boutique breweries, art galleries and cellar doors. Yallingup is also close to Smiths Beach and Injidup Beach, and less than a 10 minute drive from the township of Dunsborough.
