Located just 656 feet from the beach, Xanadu Resort offers modern apartments with stunning Gold Coast views. It features 2 swimming pools, a hot tub, a sauna and fitness center. Winner of the 2015 TripAdvisor Travelers Choice Award, each apartment at Xanadu Resort has a spacious balcony overlooking the beach. All include a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, and living room with DVD player and cable TV. Internet access can be enjoyed in the apartments. Guests have access to the barbecue area, beautiful landscaped grounds and 2 full-sized tennis courts. Free undercover parking can be reserved. Xanadu Gold Coast is a 15-minute walk from the Marina Mirage shopping center. Surfers Paradise is 1.9 mi from the hotel. Golf Coast City Gallery is only a 10-minute drive away.

We look forward to welcoming you to Xanadu Main Beach Resort. Our many years in the hospitality industry and our friendly staff will always go above and beyond to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Whilst we do our best to offer a full resort experience, please understand that we are fully self contained apartments that do not provide daily housekeeping and only provide a limited selection of in-room amenities to get you started. These items are not replenished during your stay. This includes main litems such as toilet paper, tea, coffee and sugar, dishwashing and laundry liquid. We thank you for choosing to stay at Xanadu Main Beach Resort.

We are situated across the road from a long swimming and surfing beach (Pacific Ocean) and only a mins walk from the restaurant strip in Tedder Ave. Xanadu Resort has more facilities on offer than other resorts near by. Your booking can be tailored to suit your many requests and personal preferences. Please do not hesitate to ask when making your booking. Please note we are a TOTALLY non smoking complex. Smoking is not permitted on Balconies

Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. For this reason the property reserves the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire Schoolies period.

Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.
