Holiday property 'BRICKX' - 12 pers. A renovated holiday property for young and old in the centre of Koksijde village. 20 minutes on foot of distance from the sea and the beach. Modern and cosy with al comfort. - spacious livingroom, television - Netflix - terrace with furniture - bbq - kitchen with al comfort (refrigaretor, cooking area, dish-washer, wasching machine...) - 6 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor - 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. All bedrooms have a large bed (2m - 1m80). - babybed and chair available. - 3 shower-rooms with toilet. - 1 toilet separately on the main floor. This is a non smoking holiday house! Central heating system. Inclusive: Bed linen - Final cleaning - cancellation insurance Exclusive: Energy consumption - consumption of cold water, is calculated according to the meter reading. The meter readings taken can be obtained on simple request.
