Our spacious, renovated corner flat (125m²) on the 2nd floor directly in the centre of Koksijde/Coxyde offers a beautiful sea view. Private garage included. It is a very spacious, light and airy flat with large windows (all double glazed). It offers you all the luxury and necessities you need at home. Think of a digital TV, wine fridge, washing machine, dryer, jacuzzi, gas fireplace, alarm system, intercom, dimmable lights, air conditioning....
It has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 with jacuzzi and 1 with walk-in shower. 2 toilets, 4 washrooms and can accommodate 8 people. The living room is very spacious and has a dining table for 8 people and just as many seats in the leather lounge. The living room offers a direct view of our North Sea.
The modern kitchen has a built-in oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, wine fridge, coffee maker, kettle, ... In short, equipped with all luxury.
There are 3 terraces. 1 to the living room, 1 to the kitchen and a 3rd to one of the bedrooms. Towels included. Sheets not. There are 2 double beds of 180 x 200 cm, 2 bunk beds with thus 4 mattresses of 90 x 200 cm and 1 baby cot of 60 x 110 CM
The flat with sea view is located 50 metres from the beach and in the centre of Koksijde-Bad.
