When you come to Hopkins, you'll have to decide whether you want to live in the actual village, or in the "resort area" outside of town. The village is the place to be, as there are many local restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance, and the villagers are incredibly friendly! Coconut Row and its sister property, Buttonwood Belize, are the most upscale establishments in the village, and they are right in the center of Hopkins! Relax on our gorgeous beach and enjoy some genuine village life!

I've been living in Belize for 15 years, although we've only had a guest house for 8 years. My wife was born and raised in the village, and we have an 8 year old daughter and 3 year old son.

We are located right in the center of Hopkins! There are six restaurants and several bars and shops within two blocks, and many more within walking distance. The village is incredibly laid back and friendly, and you'll be glad to be staying in the village rather than being stuck out in the resort area.
