Welcome to Harbour Place Suites, a small owner-hosted property featuring three private serviced apartments on a dedicated guest level. Each apartment offers a full kitchen, air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, and comfortable living spaces. Guests enjoy shared access to our swimming pool, private lagoon dock, guest laundry room, and an ice maker and fish freezer for fishing enthusiasts. Conveniently we are just a 7-minute walk to grocery stores, restaurants, bank, pharmacy, and massage studios, and approximately the beach, and many of the peninsula's most popular attractions.

Al and I live privately on the floor above and personally welcome our guests upon arrival. We remain available onsite should you need assistance while respecting your privacy throughout your stay.

Our peaceful lagoon-front property is within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, massage studios, the beach, and Placencia Village. Unlike some beachfront areas, our lagoon-front location is not affected by seasonal sargassum, providing beautiful waterfront views throughout the year. Nearby golf cart rentals make it easy to explore the Placencia Peninsula, including Maya Beach and other local attractions.
