By providing a property manager, Jack, you can rest assured your needs will be met and have someone available for any emergency. Jack will be happy to assist with advice and suggestions on local tours, restaurants and adventures. We will also provide a guest directory that includes contacts, directions and info on local restaurants, bars and attractions. A local phone will be provided in the townhome. This allows easy access for booking excursions, tours, dinner or golf cart reservations. Extra minutes can be added at local grocery stores to allow state side calling if needed.

This development is unique in many ways. Located on a private island at the end of a dead-end street, it is always quiet and peaceful. As you will see on the map and in the pictures, our pontoon boat takes you across the 80 ft canal which provides easy access to town, an easy 5 minute walk to all the village has to offer. This unique aspect is the reason we love this location providing privacy, breath-taking views, and ease of access to town. Stroll the historic Placencia sidewalk for an array of food choices, watch children fish from the pier, or grab a beer at a beach bar and listen to local music as the sun sets over the Caribbean. Having only eight units creates a cozy atmosphere to enjoy the peacefulness of this tropical environment. The pool is just steps away from your town home and is perfect for relaxing or enjoying the jetted spa in a quiet atmosphere. A large additional community palapa with grill and dining area can be used by guests for beachside bbq's, or grilling that big catch of the day!
