Astounding 2-bedroom, 1 full bathroom bright and airy below level suite in a desirable and quiet neighborhood in Cloverdale BC. Located in a Cul-de-sac with ample parking. The spacious bedrooms, modern kitchen with dishwasher, airy bathrooms, in- suite washer and dryer and the 6 person Hot tub will make your stay here memorable.
This is a home in a very quiet neighborhood and sounds carry easily during the night. We would like to maintain the very good relationship we have with our neighbors and so request any outdoor hot tub enjoyment kept noise free. The whole suite and the surrounding areas even outside the suite is smoke free. So we request that in order to smoke you can kindly go a few meters into the walking trail right beside the house.
