We have a new home with two suites on the main level. We rent out one or both bedrooms. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The HARBOUR ROOM has a full kitchen and living room with TVs in the living room and bedroom where you have a private entrance and you can enjoy the covered patio with a view of the ocean and downtown while using the gas BBQ. We have made the suite totally private so you feel it is your own place. The BENSON ROOM has a queen bed and private bathroom, TV, coffee maker and fridge with the entrance around back of the house.
Wayne is retired while Michele continues to work for a while yet. We enjoy going for walks and I enjoy going out on the water to fish for crabs, prawns and the fish that are in season. I also enjoy golfing.
We live in a quiet neighborhood just 9 blocks from downtown.
