Bed accommodation (walk-out basement with a lot of windows) offered to guest is mostly private use for tenant or guests (private bedroom, bathroom, entrance, living room, dining room, and even private washing machine and dryer). No share at all. Totally private and safe for family, couple and singles. It is modern house with children playground in the front of my house. I live upstairs. It is quiet neighbourhood with parks and trails. Designated parking at back of my house is available and free. Please enter & exit driveway carefully and watch other cars. Coffee & snack are provided. Information about ordering food and its delivery are provided.
I, my wife, and my son live in our house. I work at Walmart. We welcome you at our house. Please feel free to ask any questions for renting.
The neighborhood is quite and peace. Family oriented. Kid plays at playground.
