Keep it simple at this cozy suite that is centrally located place near landmarks such as: Guildford Town Centre, Gateway Station, Highway to Vancouver, etc. The private suite has an entrance located at the back of the house. It includes: a full bathroom, free parking in the driveway, queen beds and organized closets in each room, central air-conditioning, radiant heated floors, washer & dryer and is completely furnished!
I am a host that strives to ensure that my guests are comfortable and happy at my listing. I am very communicative and answer inquiries promptly.
Very quiet neighbourhood with bus stops nearby leading to the skytrain. 3 mins away from Port Mann bridge, Superstore, and Holly Park. A couple of houses down from the property is the Invergarry trail.
