Clean,bright ,spacious and self-contained one bedroom legal basement suite is located in new neighborhood with easy access to Highway #1.Our suite has its own entrance and everything you need to spend worry free getaway. Just minutes away from Hgw#1 and Carvolth Exchange,Events center, Sportsplex. Downtown-35min drive, North Shore -30min. New queen size bed (premium mattress)and additional single bed in the living room and sofa, full kitchen with Nespresso c/ m, Air fryer, toaster,blender,washer-dryer,Smart TV with Netflix.

We live in this property and renting our legal suite. We try our best to make your stay comfortable.

Our place is very conveniently located: Langley Event center, Highway #1, bus loop Exchange, shopping, wineries, local farms, restaurants, pubs, Langley flight museum, .It is a new neighbourhood with easy access to all amenities.New house with new furnishing. Carvolth bus Exchange just 7 min walk,take an Express bus to Lougheed Skytrain station for 15 min. Quick and easy access to the Highway and you can drive to Downtown of Vancouver for 35 min,West Vancouver for 30 min,and everything in langley within 10 min. Very conveniently located with everything you need in one place.
