Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Spacious Two rooms with queen beds. Separate entry. Above ground level. Lots of sunlight. Plenty of parking available on street for free. Peaceful neighbourhood. Close to highways. Very close to vancouver/Richmond/white Rock/langley/Surrey/New Westminster. Might hear train goes near by. This is a brand-new unit located near River Road in Delta. It features two spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed. The unit also includes a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the essential utensils, cookware, and appliances you need to prepare your meals. For added convenience, the unit comes with an in-suite washer, dryer, and dishwasher—no extra charges apply unless you’re bringing an additional guest. We can provide an extra mattress for a fifth guest at an additional cost.
