Astounding 3-bedroom, 2 full bathroom cozy suite in a desirable and quiet neighborhood in Cloverdale BC. Located in a Cul-de-sac with ample parking. The spacious bedrooms, modern kitchen with dishwasher, airy bathrooms, in- suite washer and dryer and the 6 person Hot tub will make your stay here memorable. Hot tub is Not available between Nov - Feb.

As a family we love to entertain and host family gatherings often in our beautiful home so we decided that we would extend that hospitality and have different guests and visitors to beautiful BC, come and stay and enjoy our rental suite on a regular basis. We live above the suite and are available to assist with any of your needs and to help guide you, if needed, on things to see and do in BC. Don't hesitate to ask for help and we will do the best to make your stay as comfortable as possible! We can interact as much or as little as you desire. Hope you enjoy your stay here and hope you have a wonderful time visiting our beautiful British Columbia. Hope your stay here will be memorable and cherished for years to come.
3 minute walk to the bus stop, quick and easy access to Highways, 45 minutes to Vancouver and the Cruise port, 30 minutes to the Ferries going to various islands near the BC coast. 40 minutes to YVR International Airport. 35 minutes to the Abbotsford International airport. 40 minutes to Amtrak Train and Greyhound bus Stations. Shopping in the US? This home is less than 15 minutes from the US Blaine and Peace Arch Border Crossings. 2.5 hr drive to Seattle USA. 20 minutes to Bellingham USA malls and shopping. Some of the nearby attractions include the Cloverdale Rec Center, the Willowbrook Mall, Museum of Surrey, BC Vintage Truck Museum, Elements Casino, Greater Vancouver Zoo, Fort Langley National Historic Site, the Canadian Museum of Flight, the Famous Crescent Beach, White Rock Beach with pier and several Vineyards and Wineries. There are also several parks and many animal farms and petting zoos. The list of berry farms is endless and these have U- PICK fresh fruit and vegetable fields throughout the summer season. The list of restaurants offering World Cuisine is endless.
