The unit is pet-free and scent-free (cologne and perfume) to protect our guests that have allergies and respiratory conditions. -Please remove shoes indoors -Cans and bottles can be recycled in the blue bin under the sink -Please park on the street -No Smoking on the property. Please go to the end of the street by the mailbox around the corner. -Please no food scraps in the garbage can. There is a bin with a green lid out front. Our forest friends love to search in the black can. -Guests are limited to the indoor space only. -When using the gas stove or oven please turn on the hood-fan every time. The oven also runs on natural gas and it vents near the control panel. -There is no access permitted to the backyard. -No burning of candles, incense, sage, or other scented products -Please do not eat in the bedroom -Laundry is available upon request. Please speak to host about when is a good time to do laundry during your stay. Liquid soap is on the top shelf of the closet. 1/4 cup of soap is enough for large loads of laundry. Please do not put heavily soiled/sandy clothes in the machines. -Service animals are not permitted to urinate or poop on the lawn. Owners must clean up after service animals. No service animal is to be left unattended at any time. -If you have a baby please dispose of diapers within a sealed bag in the black garbage can in the driveway.
