1. Please kindly note that pool heater is seasonally closed. Pool might be covered and out of use totally during the winter season. Pool is heated between July - Mid September. Additional charges of $350 (first day) and $300/day (additional days) may apply. Please note that a 72 hours in advance-notice is required to heat up the pool.

2. All guest entering property must sign wavier upon arrival and before using the pool.

3. Please message if you are traveling with children younger than 7 years old

4. Please note that the swimming pool can't be used after 12:00 pm
