(Luton, United Kingdom) Our legal, (two story), loft suite is built on the side of our house, is separated by quadruple drywall layers/professional soundproofing, and is located in one of Nanaimo’s most desirable neighborhoods (Departure Bay). It is designed to optimize every square inch with gorgeous winding reclaimed fir stairs. Guests will enjoy a bright living room with beautiful ocean views, a sparklingly clean kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a brand new Nespresso coffee machine, a cozy bedroom with a brand new, top of the line (Serta Hotel 5) queen-sized bed, high ceilings, original art, and a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower, heated tile floors and full sized washer and dryer. Book now to experience rest and relaxation at The Bayview on Vancouver Island. :) ****Please Note our House Rules:**** -First and last names of each guest staying in the suite are required to continue with the booking. -The suite is for the 2 registered guests only (no additional guests or visitors allowed). -Parties are not permitted. -To ensure safety and documentation in the event of an issue, there is 24/7 auto-recording (and auto-deleting) security cameras on both the front and rear access points of the suite (including the front access points, deck/hot tub area, and rear access areas). -Guests are required to cover up (if exposed near windows or open doors), as the suite is in a family neighborhood.

• Approx 20 min (drive) to Nanaimo Airport (YCD) • Approx 5 min (drive) to Departure Bay Ferry Terminal • Approx 15 min (drive) to Duke Point Ferry Terminal We are located on a very quiet, dead-end street in Departure Bay, Nanaimo B.C.. Our neighborhood is full of wildlife, and you will most likely see deer, rabbits, eagles, and other animals during your stay. *That being said...please drive slowly along the road to our house. There are LOTS of deer, and depending on the season, may have baby deer on the road as well. We are a 4 minute walk to the always impressive Departure Bay beach. With the best coffee shop in town (Drip), and food trucks in the summer, Departure Bay beach is the prime destination for swimming, tanning, and people watching during your vacation. Equally stunning is Sugarloaf Mountain. This viewpoint is a 10 minute walk from the front door of the suite. We have included the views (taken without a zoom or filter) in our property photos from the top, and I believe the pictures speak for themselves. There are MANY beautiful beaches and parks within 15 min drive of The Bayview....come see for yourself :)
