This is a suite with a private entrance, located on the ground floor of a detached house in the north end of Nanaimo. The homeowner lives upstairs, but all of your space is completely private and not shared. The suite features two bedrooms and one bathroom, all above ground—not a basement unit. It is spacious, bright, and fully equipped, making it an ideal choice for your vacation in Nanaimo.
The host is helpful and responsive, always available to assist with any questions or needs you may have.
This home is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. It's a 15-minute drive to the ferry terminal and only 8 minutes by car to major supermarkets. A community park is also just a 5-minute walk away.
