We are Katie and Edward of Silver Linings Property Group GmbH. Together we provide property management and rental services in Flims, Laax, Falera, Trin and Sagogn. We are also invested in developing a portfolio of properties which we renovate and restore. We live locally and love to ski, hike, cycle and play golf. For us Switzerland is the perfect place to live as we enjoy the outdoors and nature and all it has to offer. From skiing and snowboarding in the winter and rafting, hiking, biking and swimming in the summer. All of these things we can do right from our doorstep. We are happy to share with our guests our local knowledge of the area as well as give tips and recommendations about what to do, where to explore, which restaurants to try and more! The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. The large house easily accommodates large groups with ample dining and sleeping arrangements. There are three bathrooms and a sauna. two balconies and living and dining areas. The ski storage on the ground floor and washing facilities make this accommodation a very practical choice for large groups or several families. Trin is an excellent location close to the ski resort and in summer to begin hiking and exploring the area. The welcoming entrance has ample storage for all outdoor gear. There is a sauna, a plunge pool and shower and a large ski room for storing winter equipment. The bedrooms are spaced out over three floors and provide privacy and room for all. There are bathrooms on each floor and a cozy TV lounge area adjacent to the large dining room. The kitchen and dining are well stocked to cater for big groups. Views from the chalet are of the mountains and lush green forest. There are two balconies for sitting out on an evening and enjoying the views and the peaceful nature atmosphere.
